We planned well a day in advance for what we wanted to execute the next day. We segregated the celebration materials to be brought from home and to be bought from shop and everyone co-ordinated well to make it available the next day.
Next day, the Pongal celebration day, with full enthusiasm everyone started the PONGAL events, even though we had a Scheduled Release which went well. We targeted to finish two things before the show time and we did it [Mini VILLAGE setup in one Bay and a Rangoli with Pongal setup in another Bay].
We are highly inspired with Team co-ordination and the participation which they uttered completely.
